This guy looks familier!

I was looking through an old PSO artbook when i saw concept sketchs for different monsters that never made it into the game

when i found this guy:

Looks like he made it in but redesigned. He looked like that one...boss i think its from flaming horn? Del or bel or something like that. My spells fails anyway.

anyway what do you think of concepts that get to be revived in another game?

Bil de golus, maybe? Honestly, the horns make me think more of the dorphans from Blue Burst's episode 4.

And recycled concepts are pretty neat, I suppose. It'd hopefully be nice if the artist really wanted it in a game :P
