Its not just the ping jess...

Your connection on your end wants to send more data, but it isn't. Something in your system internally is taking your bandwith. I know this because I see how erratic your numbers appear. Either TCP connects are off on your system or there is something, like a system process or background process that is swiping your bandwidth as you are playing...

That one program everyone uses to reduce latencies, actually is responsible for changing one Registry, but not adjusting all other registry values to support its change. That is why I do not use the program directly.

Phantasy Star Universe doesn't give you more than 9K MCR, which equals 72kbps, so as long as you can reach the server and still have 100kbps (since you need some for the connection to stay alive, you can perform...)

Get lucky lol tho i try to keep the boat in the middle no matter what. obviously for fighmaster that doesnt apply they dont have to move to shoot him lol tho i doubt anyone can one shot him with spiral damce unless they have a double cannon....

FF and FI have the same atp, but you get access to twin handguns.

FF still has lightly more atp and on a beast FF vs a beast FI the beast fortefighter has alot more thanks to it getting a Stat boost bonus for being a beast FF

Also doesnt matter if twin handguns are better than single handgun for killing him all that really matters is he docks early and dies to ac which FF has very slight edge more so as a beast.
Tho once ac is nerfed FI will probably be best of using Spiral dance over ac on de rol le which will likely make FI faster than ff on him, however Fm will stiill be fastest aslong as he docks quick.

I can post one. I love the new twin dagger PA.

The Twin Dagger PAs range isn't stellar, but its fast PA. In short, the PA has "just the right speed and duration" to make it work and move on to different enemies as a two part combo. I use it on Floating Edges as WT. I'll post a video to that effect soon.

What I do for De Rol Le when fighting it...

I try to keep that Raft Centered because if the raft is too close in one side, eventually Rol Le will "Choose" a side to run parallel to. If the raft is on one end it means you cut your chances in half (meaning you spend double the time waiting) for Rol le to get to the side of the raft.

When I keep the raft centered, Rolei ends up coming to the side of the raft pretty quickly...when its one end it, it hardly comes.

Try that and see if it works.

All I do there is simply level PAs as Keilyn WT, but the combination of a bow, along with my PAs has allowed me to kill Rol Le in one pass as well. Takes me 15 minutes to do it solo since im leveling PAs...with a friend when we duo it to casually level PAs, takes us around 10 - 12 minutes.

I actually like the Rolei boss so I dont have a problem running the map. Im just happy that Rolei has a Good drop that players can make use off....and it beats running that GROUND ELEMENT cave map to reach him on moatoob...

It's always gimped in some way, in Infinity its held back by the chain system and Foverse not raising it high enough to make it even close to as useful as Retsuzan Souhijin (cept in very few cases). In PSU, its just too weak and for the erratic aim, having to be so close, and the fact that Retsuzan is just miles better.

Do you also have Registry backups? You should get one otherwise it means each time you install the game you will need to run a few hours of updating.

Keeping the registry files allows you to simply throw a full copy of the file structure into any directory, Alter the Registry Files to point where the game is located and you wont need all that update time for fresh copies.

I don't think people doubt FM as a TA-class.

In fact to be honest its expected for the speed types to be viable for TAing. The only real challenge to block 1 and 2 is

1) Finding a consistent way to deal with the mobs running circular patterns and each type has a way of dealing with them.

2) Dealing with those few large enemies in Block 2.

3) The third block.....the birds are annoying but contrast the entire map. The one part of the video that defines itself well is how the player handles the third block. I've heard many things..

Here is what I do as female newman wartecher.

Using a EVP build, I run into the first spawn (2 svaltuses + stupid bird) and I lead off by using Samegid and Sabarta (both are 21 - 30) through an Evil Curst to infect the bird. I leave the bird alone as I kill off the svaltus and then finish the bird. By then the three are infected.

On the second Spawn, I switch to Divine Cateract and kill the svaltus and get the other stupid bird to spawn to have two birds. I freeze and infect both of them and when the SUV fills up, I catch the two of them and fire it...it leaves the birds near death. I kill off the svaltus, then the bird HP is so low that anything will kill them.

Im not a heavy TAer, but sometimes for myself I dabble in it. Takes me around 9 minutes as female newman WT and I know there is room for improvement. ^_^

Edit: Truth of the matter was it was foreign culture that tried to label and described spaniards originally. It was a real butchery of a thing, thing is that they have become more "modern virtues of man and civilization" and they are Ambition, Peace, Hope, Love, Faith, Vengeance and Peace" and can be used to describe about any civilization desire from the outside. I made a mention to this because when people refer to these names, they always go to the Spanish Language forms of this. Even a professor in Philosophy recited them in Spanish (and his Spanish skills were absolutely horrible)

Having traveled the world and seen some strange things, nothing really surprises me much anymore...Except maybe my girlfriend in her cosplaying selections.

I actually like nations that are in-between landmasses like Turkey. They take in culture from the middle east and europe and when you look at it, they feel for a lot of hope despite all the cultural betrayals and mass ambitions found and you can see it when you walk the city streets.

As far as PSU goes I am sure you can count each time feeling shafted by SEGA to be a betrayal of sorts. (Not just SEGA but any MMORPG company that does something screwy)

That is above the FM AF WT level for that run... I have seen a lot of 6 mins on the uploader but
never a 5... and now an AT does it (not saying it can't be done with FM AF or WT, it can). I am
sure a lot of luck went into this run, not to mention extremely expensive gear. Still that seems
like quite a hill to climb for a class that lacks a travel PA... now imagine it with a travel PA.

If it was 5 minutes, it was probably a run with Lotus. For Wartechers and Acrotechers due to Zoldeel working against them, its a lot faster to kill the Lotus than Svaltus. It always takes 40 - 50% less time to clear that room when fighting Lotuses.

Acrotecher actually can open up with level 50 sabarta/samegid on a Evil Curst and Stack it with a Level 2 Virus Crusher. Combine that with a Zoldeel and a 40 - 50% Dark Silver Cranial and pretty much destroy that map.

You can one hit the large spawns of all of the below with the right % whip..
Badira
Distova
Go Vahra
Golmoro
Volfu
Polty
Vahra

Knock Bal soza's towards eachother, then use new dagger PA or Sabarta then together use the whip and clear the smaller ones around you at same time.


At the Rygutass and Svaltus walk into the room cast a sabara them together, then use whip so your hitting all the target and just keep repeating.

I would say AT is the best suited for this mission, with FM coming in second.

Funny thing is that I've been so bored out of my mind I've been playing with a striking weapon neutral pallete and some techs on WT and I figured out how to hit both birds with Mars to kill them both. The lowest I've gotten with my many mistakes in the run is 10 minutes, with myself averaging 11 or 12 minutes and Its something I've been trying recently.

Vivi Dezza on a 6/6 Silver Cranial on a Female Newman WT with a level 40 PA is enough to one-hit combo Polties and bajara. Combine that with Samegid + Sabarta along with Virus Crusher Level 2 and you have something pretty crazy.

People talk about 5 minutes....But that is the lowest you get if you try real hard and see once in a blue moon. I don't care about the "lowest time" as I care more about the average time one actually get. I see types hovering around 6 minutes at most fully Equipped.

I know if I am not used to my neutral weapons pallete and I am scoring 10 - 12 minutes, that a type with speed boost doing the same thing should be able to get 8 - 9 minutes.

Edit: I meant to say Badira... Sometimes the names confuse me a bit.

Yes, you need 1xBoost Impact, 10x Prithvi Earthstone and 1x Warrior's Wisdom to get it.

I am a total novice at this, but does this picture not simply showcase that both doublesabers have the very same attack range? It is hard to notice, but the second picture of each weapon has the character standing slightly further away from the turret than the first.

I agree with GCoffee, That's what I get from it too, the distance are the same so both weapons have the same reach.

Oh well, still a good weapon though. I looked at the test on the HP affects Power and it had a significant boost (think the user was using RB though), regardless though, still a decent double saber. I bought a 47% Ground one the other day to replace my 43% Ground Demo (Demo has HORRIBLE Accuracy)

A new twin claw was added to this game.

This new twin claw is a 15* Twin Claw with the following base stats.

PP: 650
ATP: 680
ATA: 520
Bonus: PA Boost +20% Damage

The graphics are a Reskined Twin Phyteuma to appear as a Red/Black version. It dropped from the S4 Boss Battle. This is the top "damage" twin claw the game has so far.

In regards to the name of the weapon...

Ok, Someone can help me with the translation. I know in Katakana, the word "Gaburi" is the name Gabriele. As for Danto. Several definitions exist. You can figure it out.

In regards to Damage:

Newman Level 180
Wartecher Level 20
Weapon at 0/10
Lumirus Power Charge Unit (+400 ATP)
ATP Level 5 (+150 ATP)
Elemental Burst
Claw Element+
Claw PA Level 50.
Level 3 ATP Buff
Don't know if Red Line adds ATP like many armors do.

Please note: I did not use Shijin + Ohryu, or the new Unit that gives +450 ATP (Don't have one.) Also, I did not use the new Armor Combo either that gives +250 ATP. In short, a player with those items will have the armor ATP along with Bonus ATP along with bonus unit ATP when compared to Feril/Chronos, LKK and LPC. If I had them I could factor in another 300 ATP....

Other Notes:

The Base PP is so high on these Twin Claws you can acquire an entire pallete and you won't need a Feril Chronos (you get +115 ATA over Twin Phyteuma) or LKK. In fact you can work with LPC along with the new unit for guns and have enough PP to run through the end of a map without blowing all your charges. Specially if you play as Fortefighter.

I forgot to include I was also using JA+level 2. Also I tried testing with Level 5 buff and Shijin Combination...and unit broke 18,000 - 19,000 damage. I know at 10/10 easilly should hit for 20,000 under a full ATP direct load, specially when factoring FCP level 2....and this is WT on a newman....!

I can only imagine the damage on a Beast Girl FF. ^_^
