I know it has something to do with the main counter behind the mission counter, but I'm at a complete loss at how you get the infinity/mission codes, and make missions, and all that stuff. Any help? :-?

Well you normally get the mission codes as a rare drop, looking like a stone/fragment sign
I haven't input a mission into it as I am also clueless at it but search around.

go to the second option use your codes and voila! you should see extra missions ready to go on your mission select menu.

You can find new missions from playing the infinity missions (drop as red items from the complete boxes) then add them to the machine using the 2nd option. The 4th option is for creating new missions, combine 2 missions into a new one. I would recommend that you don't delete any missions even if the name seems to be the same (avoid the top option). Press R on the missions and check if there are any boosts in the mission. Combining missions with extra boosts normally results in a new mission with similar boosts.

That's about all I have observed so far. I wonder if there are any really rare missions. Mission hunting rather than weapon hunting, that's a new one lol

Each mission has a point requirement to be able to use them to create a new one.

You gain points on each mission by running the mission.

Example:
Needs 80 points to fuse it with another mission.
Have currently 0 points

Contrary to what I thought, after you use them to create a new mission, you keep the missions but lose the points required to create a mission. If you have 80 points but it takes 40 to fuse it with another, you keep the original mission with 40 points remaining.
