Someone can tell me where I can find the Item that put a energy wings on my character? I have see them on white and black color

There are several varieties of those visual modules.
Black, white and red versions are earned by beating the game with the normal, good and best ending in that respective order. (All three are S-rank)
You can get the B-rank version of white wings by importing a character from PSPo1 and choose your starting type as a vanguard.
