North American DLC?

Okay, I've heard some of you guys mentioning some North American DLC that you were expecting, and something about the PSN updating on Tuesday. I was wondering where you guys heard about it. Is there any chance that SoA will release DLC here in North America, or is it just a rumor going around?

The japan dlc's ok as long as I don't need to do some trade missions-then I don't know what to buy so I randomly buy them.

People are actually jumping the gun on this aren't they? There was no mention of getting DLC by SEGA. They mentioned nothing. The server just shut down, so people believe there's a PSN update coming due to the downtime going on. Thats all.
