Looking for a song

Years ago, I used to listen to a song rather consistently. I don't know where it's from, only that it's most likely from a playstation RPG. Beyond that, I can vaguely remember how it goes, so I uploaded what I could play hoping someone would recognize it. I also remember the basic synth instrumentation of the song, which I'll also link. So, does anyone know what song this might be?
