Part 1 has mostly support info but starts the attack spells, Part 2 finishes the attack line.. It gives recommended spots for a tin of them, and is what I use myself.

Sleeping Warriors. There spawns are always at least of 5 monsters, except Polavohras that appear iin some instances and then you can just abandon and restart.

The ideal instance would be the one where the first block is a very large room with a fence in the middle. there you need to kill just a mob to open the fence and after that, you can guard yourself after the walls at each side of the fence, so monsters can't touch them and will be more or less lined in a spot (although Golmoros are tricky but the higher level, the wider the area so it will get easier to get them).

After you clear that block you can either restart, but I find easier just going to next block because there is very similar. You kill two spams of monsters in the first room, and in the second room there will be another area behind walls where you can guard yourself. After that room there will be two more rooms where are some little monsters and finally Polavohras, there's where I restart.

That mission is ideal to level up linear and Dam-techs.
