ok so i just got to master force and my buffs are now lvl 10. my question is will they go back up or do they have a permanent cap?

They'll go up till 50.

... on Masterforce buffs and support techs are capped at 10... everything else gets to 50 im almost sure

I think you could use GAS and at least get them to 20
