The wiki states I need to defeat 2 dark falz final in s-rank, is this correct? As of now I can only think of max attack 3 as the only mission with his final form in s-rank

Dark Falz Final is only 4th System and 10-1 Story Mode.

Then that's one thing the Japanese version has going for it over the English version. The Japanese version is 2 of Dark Fakis' second form, Olga Angelus, and Dark Falz's first form.
