Recommended Missions. Please Suggest

I renewd my Character VULTRON after 3 years and it was still there. I would like some recommendations on Missions I should do. I am CAST lvl 63 Guntecher lvl 13and getting tired of White Beast Runs. I would especially like to do missions where I can get a upgrade item or a mission that is not going to be aviable any longer.

Personally, I like to do Military Subway runs since they give a lot more Mission Points then White beast... Unfortunately, however I rarely catch people running it as everyone prefers the easyness that is White Beast.

If GBR is still up, you could run those for a boost in rare drop rate as well.

Seed Express is pretty fun and more and more people seem to be doing C-S runs there. You could try the GBR but not many people are running it.

What world is Military Subway on, and location? Where is the GBR also? I did the "Innocent Girl quest on Parum at the Gun shop, and got the Cast specific item ( it only looks cool though).

Innocent girl is good for 1-50 maybe 70 and then WB good for MSP and seed express is also getting bigger
