PM help

Not sure if you are willing to help me out, but Ok so I have this bot its stats are Striking:5 Range:1 Technic:0 Armor:14, it is GH202 (green bot with arms) currently, is it possible to make into GH420(gypsie)? If so can you explain how what stats I need from this point, thanks for the help, (if possible).

EDIT: if not please tell me I am wasting my time so I can move on ^_--

According to the evolution charts you need the blue PM for the 420 PM. You do have two options. One reset the PM and start again. Two continue to evolve the PM until you can use it in battle then raise it's combat stats until you can use an EX evolution device to turn it into a 420. If memory serves it a lv 20 battle stat for the EX 420 but don't quote me on that.
