Q about Photon Drop

I just started playing PSO Ep 1 & 2 for GC on the Wii, Is the quest for Photon Drops only online thus useless for offline only?

(No intending of playing online, don't have a GC or a Broadband adapter.)

Yes, PD's are completely useless offline.

However, if you have the version of Blue Burst or PSO Plus, I think that mission is included offline.

If you're on plain 'ole PSO Ep.1&2 though, they're useless.

Yea i have the regular version. wasn't gonna pay $80 for plus when i can get regular for $40.

Just a quick fyi, the mission isn't offline on PSO plus either.
