It changes from time to time. I was dropping so many rares on infinity missions and then suddenly that luck ran dry for a long time. Ever once a while I start dropping one or two rares here and there. And that process cycles for me when running those missions.

It can be somewhat related to the supposed high drop rate from the Western version of PSP2.

With that in mind, its funny how those who complained about the 'easymode' drops from the Western game haven't complained about Infinity's drops. Especially with Infinity Missions dropping high-tier gear on C-rank.
