what lvl of shifta deband are they?

6-8 i believe.. at least, what i've heard

their rang is 6-8 but the boosts is 3. i hade a lvl 4 shifta and the s-beats give slightly less then the lvl 4 shifta

is the level simply a percentile on the level? (level 6 shifta is ^6%)
