Now that the full version has been out for a while, I'd like to announce a

PSP2i Meet and Greet!

Where:
Universe 1, Sky-10
Remember, there can be many lobbies with the same name
so if you you don't find a bunch of people talking in English
or mostly English, try to search again. If one Sky-10 fills up
just pile in to another Sky-10. In the case that Universe 1
is too full, we may move to Universe 2.


When:
April the 2nd, 5pm CST. This equates to 11 pm or so for Europeans and about 8 am on Sunday for people in Asia.
This is to get as many people from all regions together without being
anyone being stuck in the dead of night. I know this is not great for everyone
but it's still one of the better times to get people together.


What:
Take pictures, exchange partner cards with your fellow PSOWers or
anyone else who decides to show up, exchange mission codes and
characters, do runs, have fun! No need to RSVP, just show up and try to have fun!
I'm thinking of having some mini-events while this is going on so I'll announce the first
and most definite one now.

I have managed to get a number of product codes for the Bionics and
Steel Gazer items so I'd like to announce a drawing for these codes with
the winners to be announced at the event. These codes are only good for
PSP2i.

Rules: One entry per person, anyone caught making multiple entries
will be disqualified. All codes will be distributed via PM on this site after
the winners have been announced. Winners need not attend the event if
they can't (But we want you too!).

Entry: Open from the date of this thread's original post date to
April 1st (no fooling). Anyone who posts in this thread will automatically be
entered to the drawing. Anyone who has already posted will automatically
be entered as well, so no worries.

Wouldn't want to segregate the groups.

The only problem with the in-game Keyboard is that it's--at least I feel--optimized for Japanese. Which would naturally make sense, because it's a Japanese game. But hitting the space bar to form individual words in English is a pain sometimes and results in slow, delayed conversation.

I find it's easier to type to people in Japanese than in English in the game... because it's rare to use spaces in Japanese... But not everyone can speak / understand Japanese. Hence why the meet & greet is happening. So therein lies the problem, hahaha...

I don't know. Just thought it'd be easier for people to communicate in-game that way.

Looks like a few showed up late. Too bad I didn't stay around longer to meet 'em, but the Trails in the Sky were calling!
Unfortunately I still need 6 more Friend Cards for the 25 title ;A; I kinda lost Cranberry's when I forgot that quitting to title doesn't bring up a save prompt. From now on I'm only quitting online by turning off the wifi switch!

Also regretting that I Rebirthed just last week before the meat & greet. All you poor sap got my lv.21 Partner Card instead of a lv.200. Plus halfway into the event I realized I had bad equipment on and had to fix that <_<
