The first one is a disgrace Evangelion. Mistato especially. If they ever do one with Asuka it's going to be time to break some knee-caps

I'm not going to go indepth about the second, but I will say that I used thing Rikku was cute, but now.....

I'm not even going to talk about that last one, but it was one of the better ones.

As far as Pixelate's goes, some women weren't made to waer that kind of clothing. Also I'm surprised that the police haven't arrested her yet.

I think it's really sad to see all of you make fun of people cosplaying as characters that they like, especially the old woman cosplaying as Rikku. I find it refreshing to see that women her age still enjoy video games enough to actually want to represent a character they like at a convention.

I have nothing but respect for cosplayers who take the time and effort to make their costumes and wear them during cons....even more so for the ones that actually have the guts to get up on stage and perform in Cosplay contests. I guess none of you have actually tried to construct a costume from scratch either? It's hard as hell. The details on some costumes aren't easily replicated.

Reality check: Not every anime fan is a supermodel. If they wanna cosplay, they should go ahead and more power to them! My only suggestion is if you're gonna cosplay as a character who wears really skimpy and revealing costumes, do so at your own risk cause pervs are everywhere.

If you don't think they look good as the character they cosplay, fine. But don't publicly post their pictures solely for the purpose of making fun of them.

I see where you're coming from... But still, if people end up looking as goofy as they do, and know it, they should expect people to laugh at them. If they don't expect people to laugh at them, then they must be really blind to the fact that they look so bleedin goofy!
Hell, when my band(s) perfrom on corners, and I'm wearing my Kilt, Stovepipe Hat, Knee-High Socks, Ape Mask/Groucho Galsses, and my Styrofoam Armor, I EXPECT to be laughed and gawked at. Hell, I encourage people to think "Hey, look at the weirdo abusing the Accordeon/Bagpipes/Jew's Harp/Other Instrument I play. He looks like an idiot!" If ya don't have a sense of humor about the way you look, you develope eating disorders and stuff.

If people KNOW they look like a putz, and don't want to be laughed at for cosplaying someone and looking REALLY goof while doing so, why would they in the first place? Either people have a sense of humor about it, and don't care if they're made fun of, or they're just blid to their own goofiness.
