Does it make a difference if I'm walking or standing on the speed my pb goes up

I'm pretty sure it consistently increases over short time intervals, so movement shouldn't matter. However, I don't use it, so I could be wrong.

Guessing you wouldn't know if the effect stacks? Like the time would decrese I have 4 hp restorates and I want to know if the time decreases

I think they do stack.

I can confirm, standing still or walking do not effect the rate of PB increase when using a PB/amplifier/generator/create, furthermore, the effect stacks.
