Legendary Lavis Blades?

Can you really get them in Phantasy Star Portable 2? My friend at school said that you can. o: If so, where can I find them?! o-o

I really wouldn't call them legendary but:

-Mini Rappies (HU/VA drop)
-MAX III S clear reward
-Fiery Fugue S clear box reward

To be more specific, Mini Rappies appear as a rare spawn in White Beast/Big Push/Rainbow Beast/etc. They have to be 150+ to drop.
