Returning Player needs some Technic leveling spots.

It was around 9/10/10 when I stopped paying for PSU and it was 7/21/10 when I made the original thread http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179818 ..

That being said, I heard alot of content has been added such as maps and weapons and I need to know some good places to level these Technics.

SEED Express (Paracabana Coast, Parum) will work wonders for most of your offensive techs. the only ones I wouldn't recommend would be Foie or any of the Nos techs, use either Plains Overlord (raffon Field, Parum) or Sakura Blast (Kugo Hot Springs, Neudaiz) as these two have safe spots you can stand in while leveling your techs.

You can also get similar results at Sleeping Warriors (Raffon Field, Parum), and the first spawn of Scarred Planet (Holtes City East, Parum).

For buffs you'll have to track down a buff party which are currently being held on the 5th floor of Colony, or White Beast (Pavilion of Air, Neudaiz) once the event its over.

For Debuffs try Mad Creatures (Holtes East, Parum) on C rank, in the 3rd block there is a poulty spawn right next to a PP cube.

As for Resta/Reverser you may have to do them the hard way, since resta parties are rare, but can be found at White Beast sometimes, and as for Reverser, I can't remember how I had done mine atm sry lol.
