Meaning do I cast faster if I use an Okarod? I heard they have a speed boost from certain players online, but people say all kinds of things online...

I remember back in V1 when peeps were claiming the same thing about the Halarod.

Type of weapon (Ie. Rod/Wand/Techmag), class and head unit are the only things that affect casting speed.
