ok ive read here that i need to complete TIER 1 and have some required quest completed and defeated MINES boss and have it UNLOCKED. i did have that done but that quest isnt there? my brother did the quest but he doesnt remember how to get it,ive checked youtube and no luck.

The best way to ensure your quests get unlocked is to just complete them all as they become available.

i did actually, i dont know if it matters but im playing in a private server *Mod Edit*, and i did all tier 1 there are 1-1 to 1-3 and did the offline quests . but still no luck.

can't mention server names here so you need to remove that before the mods attack. also, you're probably better off asking on the server forums about it

because pso world doesn't support private server activities
