PC lag

My PC lags a lot and I've tried almost everthing to fix it... can someone help me on this?

Pepsi (i like the new avatar) knowing you personally, your computer is just too old to get it to stop lagging without paying a good deal of money on a new graphics card, so just stick with the other one or endure the lag I'm afraid may be the only free option here

You'll need a little more information that just it lags a lot to get any kind of solution figured out.
