Not sure where this thread should be, but I'm hoping that someone here will be able to help me out. Here's my question:
I want to connect my gaming system to my TV (via HDMI), and then connect my TV to my sound system (via red & white stereo cables). When I play my game console through my entertainment system's speakers, will the subwoofer also kick in? I am not sure if subwoofers only activate when being used with digital sound.
Hopefully I provided enough information, but please let me know if there is something else that you would like to know.
