Is Maya a completely useless scumbag for anyone as well? If not are there any easy ways to get her to mention it? I've done about 700 or so levels and she has yet to mention the Dragon Sakai! Also does the Apocalypse board actually drop or the Deraga-zashi board?

If she doesn't mention Sakai, just abandon the mission and re-enter. It's fast, and usually doesn't take too long.

...but, I've heard of some people literally sitting there for hours abandoning the mission over and over again. Though, it only took me 30 tries or so before she talked about Sakai.

Just to dispell some of the mystery, u don't have to do B or C to get the Sakai message, i have only done A level runs and got it on my 3rd try after 200 cleared blocks. and no i'm not trying to brag just letting those ppl know it's not needed.

Not needed but advised.

Run your 200 blocks on C rank and then abandon any rank until you get the convo.

Done.

I got the conversation in less that 3 hours from start to finish.

Then proceed to run A because the dragon scale is only avail. on that rank.

Is it possible to get Dragon Sakai more than one time during that same mission he appeared on? Every time after i see D.Sakai and receive the Present i just abandon. Unless im near 40 levels,

And if you cant get him can you just use a KI and resume where you used the KI and get another chance to see him?
