Question about TECH/PA leveling speed

My question is:
Lets say that Iam with diga level 1 tech on entrance 1 and diga level 45 tech in entrance 2. Using same mission/difficult for speed tech casting, who level faster, the lv 1 or 45 diga?
or for short:
High level techs give you less PA exp for hit?

the higher the level the longer it takes to lvl up.

I wouldnt think of it as it giving u less exp but it requiring more exp.

pikachief got it right. Higher lv PAs require more hits in order to level up, which you should expect. Would a lvl 179 character require more EXP or less EXP to reach 180 than a lvl 1 character to achieve lvl 2?
