Dragon Scale

Everyone keeps telling me that you can find the Dragon Scale in the quest Point of Disaster I've looked a million times and it never was there. Can someone help me on this please?:-?

You get the Dragon Scale after you killed the Dragon in the Forest portion of the quest.

But someone else needs to verify this since it's been years since I've played PSO.

You get Dragon Scale from Kondreiu in the Subterranian Desert. But I also think that is dependant on the server. Different servers, different drops.
