If you want to buy a stock gaming PC, good luck. If you build it for 600 bucks you should be fine. Here's a good thread (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187525) to look through for info. Nilo's pretty good at this computer thing too, so chat with him if you want ideas.

First a few questions.
Do you need operative system (windows)?
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need mouse, keyboard and speakers?
Are you willing to build and install instead of buying a pre-made PC?

If you don't need a monitor and want a pre-built PC, I guess this one could be fine (it's $730 though):

If you know how to build your own PC, then here's a suggestion:

Processor - Intel Core i3 2100 3.1GHz (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115078) - $124.99
Motherboard - MSI P67A-C43 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130571) - $114.99
Memories - GSkill Ripjaws-X 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277) - $45.99
Graphics Card - Powercolor Radeon HD6770 1GB GDDR5 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131434) - $119.99
Hard Drive - Seagate 500GB SATA III 6Gbps (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148701) - $39.99
Power Supply - Corsair CX600 V2 600W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028) - $69.99
Case - Cooler Master Elite RC-310 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119203) - $39.99
DVD Drive - Asus 24B1ST 24x (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204) - $20.99

Total: $576.92

If you need Operative System, then it's $99.99 more for Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116986), which makes a total of $676.91.
If you need a monitor, then it's $99.99 for a 19" Asus VE198D 1440x900 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236114), which makes a total of $776.90.
