PSP2i Theme

I made you a PSP theme so your PSP could have PSP on it while you play PSP.

Okay so I didn't do that right, but I was so excited about getting infinity I decided to make a PSP2i theme for my PSP! I wasn't really planning on posting it anywhere but I thought you guys might like it.

Let me know what you think and if I could make any improvements - I wanted something different for the wallpaper, more like splash art or a digital drawing someone had done but I couldn't find anything like that.

Changed the background to the one Ghostcat suggested, Don't know why I never saw that image when I was googling for a background ^^ the text and icons are both much easier to see now, and the wallpaper looks nicer itself too.

I agree. I currently use the official PSPo2 theme with a really awesome Lou background from deviantart, so I'm curious as to what it looks like before trying it.

The background image is the PSP2i cover image, but it's squashed a bit so everyone looks taller, with the PSP2i logo photoshopped onto it.

Icons are weapons from PSPo2 and PSP2i, like Hyakka's for the Settings icon.

Try to match the background image to the PSP's screen size (480x272) and the icons look off and blocky as well.

It's also very white and hard to see the options.

Yeah I had a hard time finding a wallpaper, there's almost nothing around. I agree on the options being hard to read, that's why I wanted a darker wallpaper, do you know of any images I could use?

As for the icons being blocky, I'm not sure I know what you mean, unless you're saying they look too pixelated. I could've just left the black backgrounds but then they really would have been blocks :p.

Besides the brightness and the weapons for the icons, its a pretty cool. Imma have to put this on my psp and check it out later. Great job :D

BTW, You should have used weapons that are new to infinity only or use the game logo for the icons. That would appeal more to an Infinity player imo.

Ah, you know the image that shows when you hover over the save in the XMB logo?

That's stored in the save folder. It's already adapted to the psp's screen size.

Well I'm currently using the theme with the blue Nagis background someone made, it actually looks great that way without all the white, but it's lacking at the same time.

You could try adjusting the contrast a bit to make it look a lighter shade of gray.

Its a lil too dark now but after seeing it on my psp the change looks better than what I saw in the pics I saw last night. Great job. I still think you should have used weapons that are new to infinity not ones that were in PSPo2. Imma use my Steinz;Gate psp theme tho still.

Thanks :D I'm glad you like it better now. And I completely agree about the weapons, I wanted to use infinity ones - but I didn't see any on PSPedia which is where I got the weapon pictures. Do you know of a website that has pics of the new infinity weapons?

I clicked the link and downloaded it as well. I have no virus or spyware atm.8-)

The file is clean. If you're having a problem with it, you were probably infected with something before hand.

Now I'm worried about asking you to convert a recent PSPo2 save. When it says there's a malicious program, spyware, trojan, etc. and shows up clean for most others, it means your computer contracted something that was probably embedded in webpages.

Now back to on topic, it looks much better than it did previously. Looks more God Eater Burst, but it works.

I'm sorry your computer is infected but I promise it's not my link that did it :/ I hope you're able to remove whatever is on your computer.

I have Northon Security , the program picked up on his link as a virus. But for you all, im not sure.

Agreed. I have norton myself but I only use it for weekly scans. Any other notifications or popups that popup I ignore.
