Disc 4 on MA X IV?

On Psupedia says it must be found on the broken doors on one of the last rooms, once they are examinated and broke down, but I just can't seem to find the Disc 4 on MA X IV.

Is there anything else you need to do in order to make it appear? I have all the 3 previous disc, and I finished the bonus stage, but there is still no disc.

In the top right corner of the last room (Golem SEED and Golem Light dudes). There are doors that are on the floor, similar to debris, examine and break them.

Duh....those were the broken doors.
