As for whether it's safe, you take risks with any server that isn't official. I haven't personally played on those servers, so I can't tell you whether that particular one is safe.

Br**m*p's anti-cheat server (not it's actual name) is very safe. Any cheat or hack is detected immediatly and the player banned soon after. I don't know anything about the server you mentioned.
