FLOWEN'S SWORD special?

I have a FLOWEN'S SWORD +66 (AUW 3084). I've been trying to figure out what its special is since I found it, but I always miss. I tried it out on Normal, and I still miss. What the hell?

I didn't think any of the Flowen's Swords had a special. But then again I've only found a few of them (3084 not being one of those). If you're using a droid then the special is likely TP steal (either Soul or Geist) like it was on the DC versions. That or perhaps it uses TP for extra damage. Either way, both don't have any effect when used by droids.

The only other thing I can think of is that all untekked weapons show a special attack even if it doesn't actually have one. An untekked weapon's special will do nothing and almost always miss. You did tekk it, right?
