i seen on here talk about buying a demon heart how is this possible?

If you find one, you lock your party and put up an ad on here or have some friends advertise it. If you get a buyer, you have them join and put down the money in the mission and you leave the party and let the buyer go and pick it up. Simple as that.

(Same goes with all account bound material)
