Stopping A mag from evolving past 2nd evolution possible?

i made a Tapas, that's MIND > POW & DEX [2/10/13]

i want to get is max lv but keep the same mag.

Not possible, whatever combination you use it will always belong to a 3rd/4th evolution.

Only way is to make it evolve using a mag cell, that will retain the rare mag apearence forever
