does anybody know the stats for rare mags???

I would really like to know all of the possble stats to create a rare mag. I'm mostly concerned with A Purplenum HUnewearl. Can somebody please post a link or just tell me that stats that I'd need to make a rare mag? I looked for about an hour but all the guides I found only went to stage 3 on the evolutions. thanks people!!
