I'm not playing psu anymore so I want to cancel my membership. problem is that there's no option to do it from my console, and if I go to billing.microsoft.com and click cancel it just leads me to a page with a bunch of call numbers on, but none of them seem relevant to cancel this payment. How can I cancel my psu guardians license?

That option only works when you play only the PC servers.
