Does HP materials add to your 150/250 Mat Limit?

Just wondering if HP/TP mats add to the 150/250 Material limits on your chars. if so i messed up. oh yeah how do you raise Mind on a mag without raising DEX aswell ad DEF

I believe HP mats have their own max (which is always 250) and the other materials (Power, Mind, Luck, Defense, Evade) go towards the 150 or 250 cap.

As for raising Mind on a Mind MAG without raising DEX or DEF, it is inevitable that you will raise Defense or Dexterity along with the Mind. It sucks, but that's how they feed. You can raise just Mind and Defense by feeding Monofluids until it gets up to its third evolution where you can lower other stuff. Be sure to check out the feeding Guides and FAQs on PSOW to know what each item does. I think the highest Mind MAG you can get will have 180 Mind and 20 Defense. It takes a long time though!

I thought the max hp/tp materials were only 125?

My WHITILL HUmar started feeding a mag with nothing but monofluids to begin with. Defence stopped growing at 15 later on.

o_O So, with WHITILL (type B) hunters, they could feed a mag to have 15 defence and the rest into mind...

you can use HP until 125. other materials are 150 for your androids and news, and 250 for your humans, i believe.

Right, all characters can use 125 HP mats. This is seperate from the 150 (for androids/newmen) or 250 (for humans) nomrmal mat count. I have never found a TP material before. Where do you find them?

125 mat units is right. I must've been thinking of how many that actually adds, which is 250. Silly brain.

Ooo, 15 Defense instead of 20? That'd make an uber Mind Mag with 185 Mind. I wonder where I left mine off at...The next question after maxing out its stats (well, if you're a Force anyway) is what would be the best non-special kind of Mag to turn it into?

In the GC version, I have not seen a single TP mat other than in Challenge mode (where they do much more stuff anyway). I think it's pretty much agreed that TP mats don't exist in GC PSO. (If they do exist, they are more rare than Luck mats!!)

tp materials only exist in Cmode and version 1+2 for DC
