Did anybody else have the day off today? I did! Happy St. Patrick's day (a.k.a. the most useless holiday of the Catholic year) everyone!

I have the week off for Spring Break.

Since when did St. Patrick's day become useless?

heh not me, buuuut I do get thursday and friday off for parent teacher conferences...my spring break is on april 14-18...less than a month, and I also get outta school before june! I'm sooo happy!

Nope, I left for work at 7:30am and got home around 6pm. And then I spent an hour putting together a new computer chair that I bought. o_O

St. Patty's day isn't useless; everybody eats buckets of corned beef, cabbage and colcannon, and everybody gets to wear green and speek with an irish accent! How can you go wrong?

No, I didn't have a day off... but I wore jeans, black shirt + sunglasses and peacoat to school... (Boondock Saints reference)

one of the teachers dressed up in a kilt, Irish hat, etc., he woulda been complete if he had a bagpipe...seeing him was scary.....

I celebrated the true Irish way...with a beer (especially since I was too busy to find any other way of celebrating)!

I took class off today, so it might as well have been a day off for me. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_hamster.gif I didn't wear green so I'm expecting to step on a needle before the stroke of midnight and die of some terrible infection, but I DID consume a hearty portion of cornbeef and cabbage (AND potatoes!). Yeah, the Irish rock. If only they knew how to COOK.
