Character Leveling Up

I have a couple of week characters that I want to level up very fast but I have no idea how to do it in a short ammount of time.

What is everyone's favorite or easiest way to level up weak or strong characters?

Get to Ultimate. Do Forest until you can't anymore.

I'm sure you get a lot of grinders and rare items that way ( not to mention all the chances to get a Dragon Slayer !!!).

If they are weak, like on normal weak, take them to the ruins or mines, and let them hit things with magic or a gun, then kill the enemies with your stronger. Or, loan them a strong mag and some "strong" weapons and tear through whatever difficulty they're in.

Slightly stronger, but unable to beat falz, you can just do quests until Soul of a Blacksmith opens up and do that but stop before finishing.
