can all id's find them or is it only certain ones?

That says greenill can find them, but I know oran gets them from Ult temple pal rappies.

Um, Yellowboze can, in fact, find Parts of Egg Blaster cuz I found one myself. I think it was a Baranz that dropped it on Ult. Spaceship.
