It's the function of a weapon put into the game by the developers. Ergo, it's not cheating. At all.

actually i saw the weapon roster and nothing came close to 1272 ATP,so thats
literally the most powerful weapon in the game.

I got mine unsealed but I went with the freeze effect instead of drain. The thing is amazing with Tornado Break.
