Max Stats Question

On this site, it gives the MAX stats for each character. Can someone tell me the difference between the Lvl 200 Base stats and the Lvl 200 Max stats?

Level 200 Base stats is if your character reached level 200, without using any materials at all, and not equiping anything to improve stats. That is what the stats will appear to be.

Level 200 Max stats is when the stats are 'maxed out', as in, they cannot go any higher.

Ok, so on this site is says that a RAmar's max material is 250, so does that mean I can only use 250 materials on one character and still not achieve the Lvl 200 MAX Stats?

Correct. But if you use the right amount of materials to each given stat you can maxed all stats at lvl 200. So don't over use materials on 1 stat. Anyways, the guide on this site is not maximize on the materials usage. The guide did not put unit into consideration. For example: Ability units can add 5-10-20 extra points toward your max stats thus reduce the number of materials usage. So use the guide as reference and calculate your own formula. I will be doing this on my new character which I will play later.
