The chest slider seems to be becoming more popular, and when men are your prime audience, it just makes sense form a marketing point of view to be including such a feature (and of course let's throw that this is coming from Japan into that equation). As for the breasts continuously bouncing around during the alpha video, that was probably just a glitch/bug. I must say, that it sort of reminded me of the breast physics from Dead or Alive 1 lol.
