Lotsa MAG Questions

I was first wondering how Player's Guide people and gamefaqs people find out the exact numbers on which item affects which mag ( + or - ). Such as a moon atomizer doing -15 on the MAG's POW. How do they know that it's -15 and not -16 or -14?

Also, does anyone know where I can get some info on item effects on Rare MAGs?

they could just do the math for it. We know it takes 100 points to raise a level they could just feed it a certain item for say 10 levels that would be 1000 total points then they would divide the 1000 points by however many items they feed it of that type and get a pretty close amount of how much it raises.

If it raises it 20, then in 5 items there's a levelup. If 15, 3 levels in 20 items. 10 means a levelup in 10 items. It's simple math most of the time.

It's a fact, they don't know.
I planned how my mag was going to evolve and it was 1 level ahead of what I calculated so crosschecked a few sources and found that they all don't agree.
