Two simple Questions

I have two simple questions that I would like (if anyone doesnt mind) to be answered of all of you.

1. What are AP and AMP used for?

2. How do I get AP and AMP?

I used to play on the ps2/pc servers but sadly they closed down so I never got to know what AP and AMP were used for. I play on the 360 servers now so im not familiar with what these two things are used for. So I would like to get A better understanding on what to use them for.

AP is used to upgrade your characters stats and give them special abilities. It is called Guardians Advanced Style but people call it GAS for short. AMP is used in the RSD AMP trade for items like Ares Espada, Grom Burst, Rentis, Dizas, and Dragon Scales. The mission gets update with new items you can trade for every now and then.

You get AMP by doing GAM's (Guardians Advanced Missions or sometime called R/missions). I would recommend waiting until you get some upgrades through GAS (Guardians Advanced Style) before doing them. You get AEXP once you are lvl 180 in normal missions, or if you are doing GAM's. Every 500,000 AEXP you get it turns into an AP point. Those points are then used in the GAS mission for upgrades.
