SEGA teasing new game?

It seems as if SEGA is teasing about what might be a new game.

I sadly can't read japanese, but if anyone else can and would like to translate it, it would be really appreciated.
Even without knowing the text, alone from the look, what kind of game do you think it could be? Always when I see text texture looking like that I have to think about horror games. But as far as I know the only horror game from SEGA is house of the dead?

Heck if I know what game it's for but I think some kind of horror game is probably right on.

Oh sheet. It has to be House of The Dead. Its infamous for doing stuff like that. I mean the Endings are Dead Giveaways.
