Okay, finally decided to get all my sh** together and get some tech help (or at least try). I recentley downloaded the JP version of PSU, and want to play the free course mode. I made my ID, and I was all set until I got error code no.051 before the character selection screen. This usually means matinence, so I let 3 days go by, trying each day until I asked if anyone else could get on. Turns out it was only me. I've looked all over google and PSOworld for a week for answers, and I've done just about everything.
I have;
1. Reinstalled jp psu several times.
2. Allowed jp psu and gameguard in my fire wall.
3. When number 2 didnt work I turned off my firewall
4. I uninstalled my antivirus, as many cases say this prevented play.
5. I have windows 7 which itself is an antivirus, so I unistalled the security updates for my windows 7.
6. I have updated my directx/ other drivers.
I still can't play due to this Error 051. I would greatly appreciate support of links to updates for drivers ect. and or step by step instructions to get this working.
I know for a fact it isn't my computer, seeing how I've downloaded and played other games no problem. Also my brother has the exact same model of computer as I do, and I did everything to install JP PSU on my cpu as I did on his, and He can play. PLEASE HELP!!!!
