i remember a while ago there being a calculator, where if you wanted a certain ID it would tell you what you needed to change to your name to get it. I did have it in my favourites but have since got a new computer at work and lost it:( does anyone have a link to it, there's probably a link to it somewhere in these forums but please forgive me for not being able to find it:)

i dont mean the one where you type in the name you want and it tells you what ID that will be, what i'm after is the one where you type in the name you want then choose what ID you want from a drop down list and it will tell you how many spaces/underscores/etc. that you need to add to the name in order to get the ID you want.

i hope that all makes sence, i do remember there being an ID calculator like that somewhere:)

i remember that, but i cannot remember where it was.

RagMasterRappy (http://www.pso-world.com/user.php?op=userinfo&uname=RagMasterRappy) has something you can use that is almost as good. it shows the section id as you type.

look in signature.

Well, I made one where, in addition to the type-and-hit-enter calculator, you could pick an ID and it would make a random name for it... it would be at http://www.balorn.net/pso/sid.php but my server seems to be down (I'm at work now), maybe the cat stepped on the surge protector switch or something, I'll check when I get home... it should be up by tomorrow...

Edit: It's back up now, just needed to reset the cable modem.

Here is a link to what I think you want. Although it is for the DC version of PSO, it works the same for Gamecube:
