Rappy Mag?

OK I picked up a Rappy Beak on my level 22 Skyly HUcast today(on ep4 normal, I also found a PD, and PC). What I'm wondering is if I should give it to my level 90 HUmar or if it's ok to have a rappy mag on a HUcast(stat wise), so basically I'm asking if the mag cell will give my mag undesired stats. So will it give my mag undesired stats?
