I was a US PC/PS2 player and stopped playing when the servers went down. I loved PSU so I wanted to get back into it again. Some time ago I joined the JP servers...However I was stuck mostly playing alone. I know because of my timezone I won't have many people to play with but I wanted to know is it worth coming back now? If so is there any IRC or Chatroom I can join to not feel alone and like I'm wasting time. I also heard that free course was upgraded and some limitations were removed so this is why I am considering returning.

There's a PSO-World group that the JP PSU importers are in. We really dont have a chat room though. Every once in a while we'll have a big meet somewhere and exchange cards. Its definately worth coming back.

I really want to join this group, I have gotten a new computer but because of that I'm not able to replay PSU.

You guys should get one it promotes conversation and is usually a easy way to set up missions and runs. A PM message is kind of personal and Is not suited for making a general announcement and sending a mass pm seems kind of cumbersome compared to a chatroom. You guys should get one.
