Friend asked me to ask this to you. Come and help movie buffs.

It opened up with a guy trying to commit suicide and runs into this bar of mitfits and becomes friends with the bartender. Who has a handicap and wants to become a pro basketball player but needs money for the operation.

With a community this small, I doubt you'll get many answers. If ya really wanna know, I'd post this on Yahoo answers. Surprisingly people can answer these sorts of questions fairly quickly.
